Camera Holder Processing

The assembly line consists of automatic stations.

Each robot lifts the workpieces off the tray handlers. The robot lowers the screen from the conveyor and lifts it into the device at the loading spot.
Then, the pieces are moved to the next position between each operation by rotary table movement.
In the subsequent operation, another robot lifts the holder from another tray handler for plasma treatment. A robot mounted in the center of the rotary table moves the plasma head.
The workpiece goes into a typhoon cleaner, then the next robot removes the adhesive from the tape storage, and the screen and holder are glued together.
Finally, a device clamps the screen and holder together, and then the unloading robot carries it to the output conveyor.
