Following successful final examinations, 70 to 80% of the interns take some full-time positions at the Company.
In collaboration with secondary educational institutions, we regularly admit students being trained in machine tooling, NC machine operation and students trained to become a machine manufacturing process technician, a mechatronics technician, an electrician or an automation technician both for mandatory internships during the term and also for uninterrupted summer internships. About 70 to 80% of the students find full-time positions at our Company following their successful professional examinations.
From the higher and tertiary education
Our company has been accepting interns from higher education institutions since around 2014 through the Széchenyi István University Pating Foundation. A scholarship is paid to the students for the period of internship.
The interns participate actively in the work processes at the company.
