In 2012, ALPROSYS Ltd. applied for and was awarded a grant at the end of 2014 for workplace training financed from specific funds by the European Union. The training programs financed from the grant were realized in 2015. Employees attended language courses and technical training programs and participated in various workshops.
In language courses, our employees could learn English or German, depending on which proved more useful for their job. There were altogether 10 groups of different levels at the language courses.
Mechanical designers, electrical designers, fitters, and electricians participated in the pneumatics course held by FESTO Didactic. The training greatly contributed to the development of pneumatics design and pneumatic assembly processes.
The main focus of the training was on communication. Additionally, the employees were involved in team building and were trained in conflict and time management. Two days of the six-session training were conducted offsite, which has further enhanced team bonding.
