Purchasing
Purchasing receives the parts lists for the items to be ordered through our enterprise resource planning system with project identifiers. The ordering and receipt of individual commercial items follow a set schedule, ensuring that the necessary items are always available at the right time.

Manufacturing, Machining
In our machining shop, we manufacture parts based on precise technical drawings that are not available commercially. Unique pieces are made on traditional machining machines or NC machining centers, according to the professional instructions of our technologist colleagues.

Assembly, Commissioning
The most visible phase of custom machine manufacturing is assembly, fine-tuning, and commissioning. Our fitters perform the equipment assembly based on the technical assembly drawing. Programming the assembled machine, preparing it for production, and making it operable happen in this phase, concluding with the handover to the Customer.

Programming
Our machines operate on unique logic, which our programmers input into the machines. This forms the basis of the machine's operation, the sequence that the equipment will later use to fulfill its own function. The programmer works closely with the design team, making tight teamwork essential.

Our project managers coordinate and direct the entire workflow from mechanical design to commissioning at the Customer's site. They ensure constant communication with our Partners and coordinate the internal workflow between various departments. They are the link with our Customers.

Our company's structure is based on professional foundations and is clearly transparent, with a leader representing every important area on the board.
