Based on client needs, we design the most optimal custom machine, which includes the necessary mechanical and electrical design for machine construction, manufacturing of custom components, control, measuring and screwing techniques, programming, and commissioning.
From custom tools and devices, through manual workstations to semi- or fully automatic stations and production lines, we create a wide range of equipment to enhance the Clients’ productivity in the long term.
Sales
After discussions on incoming quote requests and understanding the technical concepts, we develop our calculations and proposals. The offer includes mechanical and electrical components necessary for the product realization, as well as the human resource expenditure.
Design
From customer instructions, our design creates the machine using professional experience and knowledge, along with our creative ideas. Our engineers draw the equipment in 3D, which documentation will accompany the manufacturing process.
Purchasing
Purchasing receives the parts lists for the items to be ordered through our enterprise resource planning system with project identifiers. The ordering and receipt of individual commercial items follow a set schedule, ensuring that the necessary items are always available at the right time.
Manufacturing, Machining
In our machining shop, we manufacture parts based on precise technical drawings that are not available commercially. Unique pieces are made on traditional machining machines or NC machining centers, according to the professional instructions of our technologist colleagues.
Assembly, Commissioning
The most visible phase of custom machine manufacturing is assembly, fine-tuning, and commissioning. Our fitters perform the equipment assembly based on the technical assembly drawing. Programming the assembled machine, preparing it for production, and making it operable happen in this phase, concluding with the handover to the Customer.
Programming
Our machines operate on unique logic, which our programmers input into the machines. This forms the basis of the machine's operation, the sequence that the equipment will later use to fulfill its own function. The programmer works closely with the design team, making tight teamwork essential.
Project Management
Our project managers coordinate and direct the entire workflow from mechanical design to commissioning at the Customer's site. They ensure constant communication with our Partners and coordinate the internal workflow between various departments. They are the link with our Customers.
Administration
No project could be realized without the dedicated work of our colleagues. The controlling ensures efficient operation, finance takes care of profitable operation, and human resources ensure the safety of our colleagues.
Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance focuses on building trust with our Clients, presenting our requirements system, and explaining our internal regulations. Our colleague monitors the entire workflow, represents our Clients' interests, and objectively reviews the quality level, with no compromise.
Management
Our company's structure is based on professional foundations and is clearly transparent, with a leader representing every important area on the board. Our 11-member management team meets weekly to discuss ongoing projects and any issues that arise, not overlooking even the smallest problem. We also jointly define our company's goals and shape the plans for the next year.
