Electric Car DC-DC Cooler Pre-Assembly Line

The assembly line consists of automatic stations.

The twin station setup: loading spot, screwing, and screwing. The parts do not travel on pallets.
At the third station, an operator places the pipe components in the machine on a tray stack. Tray handling is then automatic.
In the twin line, at the loading spot, the operator inserts the parts, cooler, seal, and cover. After the necessary automatic checks, a robot transfers the workpiece to the screwing station. Once completed, it is handed over to the third station.
There, another robot handles it, places the pipe piece on, inserts it into the screwing seat, and then, once done, places it down.
The first robot picks it up and takes it to the tester. After testing, the robot returns it to the loading spot.
