Assembly station.
- The machine arrangement is rotary table type.
- The component insertion is performed by the operator at the insertion point.
- The inserted piece is flipped by the machine for accessibility.
- The next station is the screw pressing.
- The separator arranges the fed screws, that are pressed into the piece by the presses.
- Next is the leakage testing station, followed by the laser marker.
- The finished pieces are placed onto the manipulator conveyor, where there are separate tracks for the ok and nok pieces.
- The piece is removed from the conveyor by the operator.
