The assembly machine consists of automatic stations.
The starting material is a coil. The cutting station cuts out the individual pieces, and from there they go to the feeder belt. The scrap material is removed at the side of the machine.
Robots pick up from the belt and collect in trays. A robot replaces the filled trays with empty ones. A proper collection place for trays is designed.
