Final assembly of a four-cylinder petrol engine balance shaft
The assembly machine consists of two stations.
- The first step is oiling at a semi-automatic station.
- The parts to be assembled are fed by the operator at the feeding point and performs any additional task still to be done on the automatic machine with the rotary table.
- After induction heating, it performs the pressing of the gear or sprocket.
- Measuring stations inspect the piece, with good and defective pieces going to separate tracks.
