The assembly line consists of automatic stations:
The assembly line consists of automatic stations with palletized part transfer.
The line includes inverter feeding (not through the line) and a pass/fail quality control station, handled by an operator.
The motor arrives in a pre-assembled state on a pallet, and a robot places it on the assembly line.
Then it proceeds in technological order: laser cleaning, dispensing, coil placement by robot, plasma cleaning and dust cap insertion, inverter inserting, screwing, welding and soldering, leakage test, PCE membrane application, label application.
