Machined component:
Ferrite core assembled with half-coils.
The assembly line consists of automatic stations.
- The outlet legs fed and cut from the coil on the rotary table are pressed into the half-coils coming from the vibrating feeder. Pressing force is supervised. The half-coils are transferred to the next rotary table.
- The iron cores are fed to this rotary table from another track section. The operator loads the track with trays.
- The two half-coils are mounted inclosed by an iron core, then the piece is tested for inductance and qualified.
- The finished pieces are collected on trays stored in a robot lift, which the operator removes after they are filled.
