- The first and the second machines perform different assembly tasks, with the second building upon the first.

- The operator is responsible for stocking components and removing finished pieces.
- The pieces are moved on pallets following the order of steps in the technological process.
- On the first machine, after stocking, camera inspections occur, followed by spring insertion at the next station.
- Then comes dispensing, and following the stepping the mass weighing is made using a device furnished with a 3D Camera.
- The PCB parts come from a lateral track and are mounted by the robot after the insection.
- The PCB pins are secured with ultrasonic heat staking, then it moves on to the testing stations, where electric tests are conducted.
- Finally, laser marking is performed.
- On the second machine, after operator stocking, camera inspections occur, followed by manipulator assembly.
- Then, two screwing positions, followed by ultrasonic heat staking. Pins are pressed in and here feeding also takes place automatically.
- Finally, electrical testing and laser marking.
